I just found these pics of my 1985 XL that I sold in 1993 for the sickly price of $2500. UGH! It was one of THE last ironheads produced, with a serial number in the high 18,000s if I remember right.
These pics were taken in November, 1991. Some are from my Turkey Run, and some are from a toy run put on by a place called Jammer's in Torrington, CT. This one features a sneak preview of a nice ass.
While we were inside, the toys decided to have a party of their own!
This is me, with Linda, such a fine specimen of tail. I wonder what ever became of her? This was from the Turkey Run, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I cooked 36 lbs of turkey, and had a bunch of friends over, followed by a ride through the hills of N.W. Connecticut.
Us again. I don't know what I was saying at the time, but she was taking exception. :)
I'm not sure who was taking this pic, but I bet it was Tommy (his pic is below) He had flipped me the bird in another photo in this set that I found.
I had to include this one. I miss that ass. :)
I think this is a great pic of Tommy in the wind. I haven't seen him in years either. I should look these people up one of these days. 8/25/03 - Ran into a mutual friend at CT Bike Week, who regretfully informed me that Tommy is no longer with us. He passed away last year some time. May God bless and keep you always Tommy.
